PhilosophyOPERATING LEASE
Minimum Operating Lease contract period is one year and you don’t have to make any investment or down payment. You pay regular monthly payments, which include both the capital costs (e.g. portion of interest on the aircraft financing) and the operating cost (e.g. portion of the fixed costs of your aircraft and operating infrastructure).
As the Operating Lease program member you can use the NetFlight fleet the same way as fractional owners, including the same flight costs.
Upon expiration of the Lease contract you may either renew it or simply step out from the program without any further obligations. Your Lease program membership may be anytime upgraded to full fractional ownership if desired.
